- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Non-returnable Items: Medical consumables (gloves, syringes, test kits), special orders, and sale items.

- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
