Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-returnable Items: Medical consumables (gloves, syringes, test kits), special orders, and sale items.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Exclusions: No refunds for used items or those returned without original packaging.
Damaged/Wrong Items: If your item is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
